Goal:  Reposition a longtime yet relatively unknown existing business.  Simplify their message and drive home the competitive technology benefits for prospective clients using older, alternative technology.  Convinced LifeLast to add an FAQ, and wrote it using a more playful, engaging approach.

Business to Consumer
Vitela Health (click here to link to website)
Helped Vitela Health clarify their customers and wrote their website to provide a targeted action-oriented emotional appeal to those customers.  Using Vitela Health service myself I also regained my high school figure and thus became a personal testimonial for them myself!
